That's the Tom Hopkins Bruno.

Trainee footballer Tom Hopkins, 18, described the harrowing minutes Rob (Knox) lay dying on the pavement.

He said: "When you've watched a friend die after being stabbed you know no good can ever come from carrying a weapon.

"Rob was such a fun loving and gentle person, it was so hard to see him laying there on the floor - helpless."

I am struggling to come to terms with what has happened. I can't image the heartache his family are going through."

Tom, captain of Southend United's under-18s last season, added: "Anyone who carries a knife is a coward, it affects many peoples lives not just those who it takes.

"Everyone should take caution from Rob's death and I can't urge everyone enough to stay away from knifes."
