So the game kicks off and the Welling following were in fantastic voice for the first half as we had the upper hand but Dover did look dangerous on the break, so the second half comes and i was thinking we could do this, we have got a chance and then BANG ...... nothing we never looked like scoring Finn did a Sanchez, Stefan got tired after a good first half and after the first goal we went to pot it was boring we created nothing. For me the changes were a joke Hurrell off and then when we chasing game we make a change at full back and then when we get a chance to score with only the keeper to beat we flopped again anyone else think he was not going to score? On a side note number 9 for Dover was a disgrace after the keeper saved the pen throwing up the wa**er sign at us and baiting us towards the pitch.
Nearly finished another thing players CLAP your fans dont wait for the manager to tell you we pay good money to follow you and the most you can do is a lil clap when being subbed.

Sorry to hear that was the case. Hope that you let things of this nature fall like water of a ducks back. We're not all of that ilk.
It is clear that 6 or 7 players are not good enough for this level of football Dover beat us without playing there best football, a team with better attacking force would have beat them today. We were good for 60 odd minutes but gutless there after.
Just to leave you with a question, is Ford the right man? Would like to hear your views on this.

The worst part about the 6 or 7 players that aren't good enough is that Ford brought these players in as replacements for ones that were good enough.
The players he couldn't help losing are Sinclair, who in King & Mambo with have a good enough replacements for.
He let target man Baker (TBH Baker offerd miore thaan any of our current forward players as a trget man) go and replaced him with target man Lawson, which was very unlucky.
But on losing Sheringham brought in Finn to play off the target man, he's been so poor us up front he's been shipped to the wing!
He let Cobbs go and got in Knight. That went well. Cobbs would be our best left back & centre midfielder if sttill here. Ming went after being our best player in pre-season. Say what you want about his attitude he'd be our best right back and right winger if still here.
Is Ford the right man? Well he's had a **** Welling side before and kept us up. Maybe he can do it again.

i still dont want to see Ford go even after all this - this season has gone t*ts up and barring a miracle we will finish more or less where we are now - but Ford himself says how he has fcked up and his quality over quanity policy has failed but for me he needs to get a real assistant manager with some proper contacts and then maybe we can start to see an improvement or at least an improvement on some of the players who are coming in (even if they are only short term players)
