Well I must say that my fellow patients and I from the asylum had a really good evening. I wasn't sure what to expect but we always knew that the pub was next door if all else failed. Had a lucky win on the raffle and the 'tiger' is in for a sleepless night. Obviously I had to take to the floor and show everyone how to dance. I'm very drunk at the moment (hence the bad grammer) but we all had a very good night dancing and playing our air guitars.
Well done to all concerned in getting it all together for a very enjoyable evening.
I too am a bit the worse for wear courtesy of cynical and my fellow rock and roller Tony but I would like to thank all who attended tonight's very successful band night band night at PVR. I hope that you all enjoyed the evening and will tell your friends if WSU organise a similar event in the future.
I would especially want to take the opportunity to thank Nelly's Heroes who not only provided a great nights music free of charge but were also heavily involved in the promotion of the event and Pat (our scratchcard lady) who organiised and funded the raffle.
Hopefully some pictures of the event will appear soon.
All I can add is "Trigger's got a pussy!"

A great night and well done to all involved. Sy, your guitar playing was awesome and thanks for Paranoid Thanks too, to the guy in Black with the Black cap. He won the Tiger first, then returned it for someone else. He then won the Nellys Heroes cap and tee-shirt which he then gave to me - nice one fella
To Bombadier Bruno - good to see you enjoy yourself and talking over old times with Tony. Trigger, nice of the Matron to let you out for the night........................ 'Triggers got a pussy, Triggers got a pussy............. Patsy, you got me again - just like the scratchcards, no wins
A great night and well done to all involved. Patsy, you got me again - just like the scratchcards, no wins
Hello Cynical As far as raffle tickets go I was told it's better to give than recieve ! which now I come to think of it, is a bit like the scratch cards!!!
