I make no apologies for this blatant begging letter.
I am growing a moustache this year for Movember. I have decided to put down my razor for one month (November) and help raise awareness and funds for mens health specifically prostate cancer. For me there's never been a more apt time, as my uncle and father of a good friend have been diagnosed in the last year.
In the UK, one man dies every hour of prostate cancer
more than 35,000 men will be diagnosed this year
prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK.

I'd like to echo Cynical's best wishes. I've checked out the link and I'm not sure what is false, the moustache or the face it's attached to. I won't donate over the internet but if you are collecting I will gladly put in a donation.
