Dartford message board says they  have  agreed a "satisfactory" level of compensation for Jamie Day to talk to Welling about the manager's job.  I wonder whether Jamie will now turn it down!

I am wondering, if Jamie had decided to retire as a player and just be a manager at Welling would there be compensation due. My thoughts say no, so surely the problem is that we want him as a player manager which has caused the problem of compensation. Anyone know a definite answer
