Agreed. The way some of the people in here have been posting, you'd think we were a top four Premier League side. I say wait till the end of the season then review how he has done and see if he deserves to keep his job or not.

We never know the full story about these events. There may be personalty clashes - players may seem to be a bad influence on the squad. I am not saying that this is the case with King or Johnson, just that we never have the full picture.

I am really sorry to see them go, and have not been impressed with the two that have come in. Good players will not be easy to find at this stage of the season.

I agree with the above postings that we need to give Jamie a chance and give him the chance to explain his thinking at the Meet the Manager evening

We never know because we dont get told. How hard would it have been to have 2 lines on each exist from Daisy?

"Ryan has gone because i have lots of cover in midfield and a right back coming in this week.
Steve has gone because i have my number 1 center halfs in Jack and Graeme and we cant afford a quality player on the bench. We will have cover with sambrook.

We needed to cut the budget and i think this covers us."

As it is it just looks a bit paul parkerish with the signing brought in so far. If daisy had made a short statement which would take 60 seconds on a phone everyone would see why hes done it rather than think why the /./././ has he released king and ryan.

Other clubs will have BRIEF statements on why they have gone from the manager.

PS if this charlton kid is fit he would seem a fair signing so well done Daisy for sorting it.

Am i the only one who remembers the start of the season with King in defence, we were shambolic no clean sheets and a host of errors, yes he got better but Jack and Andrews are Daisys first choice the comments on here are of sheer panic .

I think you could have lines like that jgfc - but if the reason was that he was best mates with Andy Ford and was undermining everthing I did - that is more difficult. Or if there was a bust up in the dressing room. Some things can't be said.

Again - I have no inside knowledge and am in no way suggesting that this has happened in the case of the last two to go.

The reason why i mentioned the fact that the majority felt that Day was a good appointment was due to the fact that some of the same people were now on his case. I suspect that many people felt that Day was the best appointment based on his playing ability rather than his other skills.

The reason i mentioned the other applicants was that I felt there might have been an experienced manager among the other options. Perhaps the club is not in the financial position to have been able to examine other options.

Well it would be intetesting to hear the question & answer on the 8th, would it be possible to have them posted on here please, as i can't make it.

Be intetesting to hear who made decision to let Steve & Ryan go ?

What was this based on ?

How much input has ashby on these matters ?...

If we need money, why did day only play 1 up front in the F.A.T

Why have we still not got a sponsor

FAIR POINT ....... I mean what did you want king to do everything ...... not having a go at you CJ but the stuff people spout on here ...... i mean if it was not for him then im sure there would have been more errors and the like .... And everything giving Jack a willy tug not sure bout that most myself included have said he does not look like himself in last few games.


Im really ecited about this signing we have got in ex Over the water fc and Fisher this lad has got a bit about him!
