Why aren't the people being notified that they've won?
What happens if they don't claim?
Surely it's up to the organisers to notify people that they've won. If this isn't the case, I'll never buy another ticket.

I cant speak for the WSU draw but many years ago I helped sell tickets for a draw which took place at Charlton House. Most of the people who bought tickets on the day couldnt be bothered to wrote their names on the counterfoil. It is possible that some people who purchased from Patsy on the gate did likewise.
I was given over 500 tickets for the raffle and many of them either didn't have a name on them or had a c/o name but no address or other contact details.
The winning ticket numbers have been posted on here, on the official web site and at the club. Short of contacting each person individually (which is rather difficult if there are no contact details) there's not much more I can do.
Sorry if this disappoints people but this is similar to the way many raffles of this type are run. The results are published and it is then up to the winner to contact the orginizer.
