Out of 10 7.5? , has brought in a few players on face value you would say are good enough. Bounced back from an iffy performance the next game and got them going quickly. The defence seems better since Jamie has been gaffer.
Working with an average budget and managing it fairly well. Has had to make a few hard decisions.
Brought in players from the League and seems to be a good motivator.
So people like me that thought he was the wrong appointment but would get people's support should say we were wrong as things stand. No matter if the club brought in Garry Hill or Kimble etc they would have done well to get where we are in the top half and not out of the play offs chase yet.
Anyone think different? and are you pleasantly surprised. Or have the club got a bit lucky that a rough diamond has signs that it will come off.
Cant ignore the work that his two right hand men have done aswell or the players.

Dare I say knows his onions! Club struck lucky maybe but on the other hand can spot potential perhaps. Good assistants seemingly. Also big bonus as player our best to be fair!
Early days JGFC but I think the signs are promising. We look to be well above the relegation positions now - plays off are unlikely imo, but we could kick on next season.
Haven't said that - how many times have we thought that over last few years.
Doing very well. We are better now than before he came in for a whole host of reasons.
Also, bare in mind there are players on contracts that he doesnt necessarily want but can do little to move them on. Perhaps he has also had to let players go that he didnt really want to, but had little option to allow him to patch up in other areas.
Having spoken twice to his Dad I believe it when he says he has players, fiends, contacts, etc wanting to play for him but not being able to at the moment due to money, ties elsewhere, etc. In the summer when everyone is effectively a free agent Im sure we will clean up...between them our management trio know everyone in football in Kent and SE London.

My dear Russ. You make an excellent point regarding the correct use of grammar, indeed, some people would use a comma four times in one sentance.
Welcome Russ, you are alive and well I assume ... where the hell have you been ??
Im sure all will appreciate the difference between a hurried mistake whilst sneaking online at work (ssh !!) ... and just stupidity/bad posts that no-one can make head nor tail of.
