A job well done sir, thanks for your service and good luck in getting regular league football.  We'll keep plugging away at playoffs.

When is Lawson likely to start training again, and how long left on his contract?

I spoke to Lawson a few months back and he was talking about a February return. I hope it's sooner rather than later but no point rushing this sort of injury.

Now Pugh has gone back to Gills - can we now have Luke Rooney (sidcup boy) on loan from Gills. He was not even on bench sat yet started TWO games ago, in which he hit the cross bar

i would play him as a deep laying forward behind Whitnell

Andy Pugh seemed to enjoy his time at the Wings - and his attitude was spot on.  A good goalscoring rate, a hard worker and, seemingly, well liked by his team mates not to mention Wings fans.  I just do not understand how he cannot get into the Gillingham side.

I'd love to see him back at pvr - preferably in a Wings shirt!  But we must not stake everything on him returning - he did so well on Saturday to interest a few other football league clubs.  So I say we need to plan for a campaign without him.  But, if he wants to come back, and signals that intention early enough, let's grab him pdq.  I'm sure we can strike a deal to sign him with a release clause if a League club comes in for him.

It may be more a case of does he fit in with the manager's plans. I cannot see any reason that he would want to leave.

Warren McBean has been put on the transfer list by Bromley. I don't know what he has done or whether they really want to unload him, or if they expect a fee, but from what I have seen of him he would fit in with our current style of play.

Basic common sense. Its well known amongst Bromley fans on their forum. Also, strikers always get more, he has a good track record of goals at various clubs, and he moves around a lot, I cant see him moving to a club on less money, can you ??
