2 Things why on earth sell replica shirts a month from the end of the season? Its likely they will be redundant within weeks. With hopefully next seasons having a sponsor.
Mugs £2.50? are these plastic coffee cups at this price? These should be £5 or £6 minimum.

T-Shirts at £3 is what stuck out for me. Astonishingly cheap!
Mark i would guess its old stock (T Shirts and Mugs) but stick them up at full value or 80% dont give them away for the sake of it. If its new stock then oh dear.
The Replica Shirts are a silly/stupid idea this late in the season. Get some Scarfs in, Caps, and two or three lines of...... Fleeces, Managers Jackets, Training Tops, Rain Jackets, Rugby Shirts or T Shirts. Plus Enamel Badges and get a bit of money coming in at the end of the season and then get the Replica Shirts in for the START of next season, then plan for what lines to stock regularly and which to mix and match through the season to keep fresh.
I hope the WSU sit down and think about this in the close season because on the decision to stock the Replicas and the prices of Mugs and T Shirts i worry for them for next season. Seems a proper guessup.
Does seem a bit of a bodge up on what to stock and at what prices. Teething troubles hopefully but whoever runs the shop if they market it and stock it correctly and balls up the pricing it will be a failure.

My post may seem harsh, not meant to be. Well done the WSU for getting some stock in there , i just feel you need to think more about some of the stuff and the way you go stock wise for the future and pricing.

I don't think that selling replica shirts is a stupid idea. If the shop down the road is finding a market for them then why not let Welling take some income from them? If we have a sponsor next year, get their name on the shirt then. Who knows, there may even be one or two people who buy another one as a 'different' shirt.
The absence of badges has been wasteful. A visitor wanted to one at a home game recently so badly that he bought one of a supporter at the bar at an over the odds price.
Badges cannot go stale and take up no room at all. Groundhoppers love them so they should always be available.
