Hi all,

I' ve only just received my 100 tickets for this event and I've only got 3 home games left to sell them!

Event: WSU's night at the dogs- Friday 21st May 2010

Price: £5 a ticket or 3 for £10

Ticket includes admission, race card and free pint of beer or glass of wine


I'll be selling them just next to the programme stall at the 3 remaining games and also in the Nags from about 12. If anyone wants to take some off me to sell to work colleagues etc just ask.

All funds raised will go towards the development of Welling United.

Sunderland has a a horrible first bend.

Crayford would just get the nod although if you are betting, just bet the dog to get round the first bend in front over 380m they rarely come from well behind at Crayford over the minimum trip.

Also watch the results from the thursday as weather conditions often create a bias if the track is very wet.

If you are going then walk out on the steps by the first bend to watch the races its a good atmosphere there.

Keep a look out for Jamie Day's dogs there. Katies Surprise and Quest Me if they are running or indeed still running, i have no dogs there at the moment moved them to romford and sheffield as the track is a joke with the state of the going ( and injuries to dogs and the innability to create a track that isnt massively favouring the inside or the outside dogs through the card.

I will place up some trainer strike rates at crayford and the records of the traps as a win % closer the time for the people going.

I normally bet a £1 on a place.
One little tip for you my dear JgFc as I know you're new to this betting lark, if there has been rain bet on the dogs that start on the inside.

Mind you, come to think of it, I've never actually won.

I havent seen the runners Chris, will ask the head kennel lass at my old trainers if they fancy anything And i will have a look at the card thursday and see if anything looks good. My dogs left Crayford a few months ago as the place is a sh1thole with a dangerous running surface and far too many dogs fall or get injured. Plus they stopped owners getting DVDs and also they stopped commentary and live web streaming video.

Will also put up the trainer win strike rates and percentage of each trap strike rates of recent weeks. When i post on Thursday or Friday.
