Well done with the reports this season Mark. Newsshopper stepped up to the plate, i feel the KM got worse (often late/no reports, shorter reports , less Welling stories day to day etc) so the NS improving and being fast with reports was good.

I think the Newsshopper and Dave's photos take the honours this season for coverage of Welling outside of the club Videos..

Thank you for the compliment JgFc.

I think you are being a little harsh on the KM. Welling United is no longer within their coverage area so it is a bonus form of information on the club. I believe that Matt is not paid for working on Saturday's yet gets his match report online very quickly and has regular interesting interviews during the week.

In Bexleyheath the only free paper I get now is the News Shopper. Haven't had a Mercury for over a year. At one time I think we got 5.

There was also back in the 1980's (and early 1990's i think) the Bexleyheath and Welling Times. We still get the Mercury in Welling.
