No news about Loui - he was set to sign but no confirmation that he has signed. No news about transfer targets (perhaps understandably so). A little bit of speculation on the Dover message board about the possibility of Jamie Day being in the frame to fill their vacancy. Has he applied? Is he under contract? I would certainly hope so as he cost us a fee as a player from Dartford. The good news is that any players that Dover may like have already signed contracts with the Wings.

Also, could somebody please explain why any new posts from me always display a little label? I am beginning to get a little annoyed about this!
As far as I know Bertie its part of a process called tagging which is used regularly on social networks and in blogs. Basically you can add text by clicking on the label and input keywords such as 'new signings', 'transfer', 'Jamie Day' etc letting people know who and what you're talking about.
An extra frill which I haven't been convinced is necessary and don't bother with but no doubt some out there may find useful.
JgFc, and probably some other contributors, may well be able to confirm/tell me I'm wrong or perhaps give a bit more information.

Think the label indicates the thread you start, that way you can see it easily and note replies.
I think you are referring to the green/yellow face icon which indicates whether or not there have been new posts in a thread since you last visited Squarevanman. The icon which I believe Bertie is referring to is the 'luggage label'.

Interested one, the reason the above did not work is that by inserting the HTML code you made the words 'before and' the hyperlink. Inserting a hyperlink into a forum post is a 2 part process which requires both the URL and the text you want to appear as the hyperlink.
The simplest way to add a hyperlink for those who are not fully conversant with HTML is to use the basic editor where there is an icon to add a link/URL. To use the basic editor uncheck the Use Advanced Editor box beneath the box into which you type the post.
When using the basic editor there is a link icon (5th from left) which when clicked on will prompt you for the address and the text you want to appear as the hyperlink.

No I was referring to the luggage label as it appears against my name when I have started a thread.
