Millwall first teamers Chris Hackett, Gary Alexander, Ashley Grimes, Alan Dunne, John Sullivan and Lewis Grabban are all in the squad to play at PVR tomorrow night, which is good news. May add a fair few floating Millwall fans who live locally.

Yeah i remember Gary Alexander. He played for West Ham in the FA Youth Cup Final in 1999, despite being a Millwall fan :D I don't know the others but i did just check them all out on wikipedia and they seem ok. Should be a good game tomorrow, and I'll definitely be going.

All except for Sullivan and Grimes were in or around the first team last year. Alan Dunne is even the reigning player of the season, so its a good turn out in that respect.

If Welling play in the tops they were wearing against Charlton, i might be the only person in the ground with a red top on. That'll be odd :D

2-1 to Millwall at moment.

They were 2-0 up, Stella has got one back.

2-1 Full Time, millwall had half a dozen of their first team squad playing, so a fair result.

Another very encouraging performance.  Pugh and Cumbers looked a really good combination up front.  Daysy had a terrific game in midfield and great to see him having shots from distance again.

Crowd looked very good.  I thought about 1200 to 1300.  Does anyone know the actual figure?

Good game for Welling tonight. Oberstella played really well as did Jamie and Parkinson. Stella's goal was a good one, and i reckon he'll get some important goals for us in the league. Charlie was unlucky for Millwall's first goal, as he pulled off a good save, but the defence just stood there and watched while the guy that took the original shot had another go. The crowd looked more in the region of 800 to me. Interesting that it was cheaper to sit in the stands for this game than it was for the Charlton game. The match progs were a bit cheaper as well.

Obersteller was quality tonight, I liked what I saw again tonight, Pires showed glimpses of what he has been brought in to do. Quietly optimistic.

No Lawson or Marsden so I take it they have gone?

Pires looked like he had a grand piano on his back, Obersteller passed him going up the pitch and passed him on the way back, complete waste of money. As for the rest of the trialists, hope they are never seen again if we are to progress.

Pires has been playing as a striker. Seems more effective as a front man from all reports. We dont need a striker though?

All based on 45 minutes of football!! He probably only met his team mates an hour and a half before the game

"Unbelievable Jeff!"

Maybe switch Cumbers and Pires. Looks like one is a creator and one a finisher, but we could be playing them the wrong way round.

Hes scored in the ressies for Orient and on trial vs Dorchester for Crawley.

The way Ober was playing, maybe he should play up front. He was our most attacking player, scored a goal, and did a good job in defence. He reminds me of a much younger Roberto Carlos :)

Not good news if Lawson and Marsden have gone.

Like i was saying to some bloke in the stands, 'I thought there was a weight limit for referees'! The ref didn't exactly look very agile did he.
