Wings fans going to the Dover match should bring some warm, rain-proof, clothing. It is an horrendous day here in East Kent, more akin to late autumn. I don't know whether conditions will improve tomorrow and, besides, it can always be quite nippy in the late evening at Crabble.
I don't have many worries about the pitch, it is a very good playing surface (like ours!) and drains reasonably well. As for the result, I don't expect too much ( have we ever gained even a point at Dover?) but we can cheer the lads on and save our real hopes for beating the taxman. Anything else would be a wonderful bonus.

Dover aren't as strong as in previous years, and we have a great squad. If we play like we can do, and not like we did Saturday, then Im confident we can get something from the game.
I will donate a further £10 to the WSU for Wings v The Taxman if we beat Dover, £5 if we draw ( I won't pledge bigger sums because MarkX will call me a pessimistic old moaner!) Perhaps others would like to pledge similar sums? I look forward to paying out on the night.
