Mike Floate has emailed me lots of old Welling Photos for us to use in Fundraising for the appeal.

I have uploaded one below as an example and added a watermark for Mike.

Stuart White taking a free kick at PVR i would guess about 20 years ago. But how many fans can you recognise?

I THINK i can see Big Bugger, Gary Mullan behind the goal and Riscardo and Stodd on the left of the goal .... anyone spot themselves or someone else? check the full size link at foot of this post for a large version.

Mike has sent me 17 photos including games at Orient, Reading and home and away games in the conference for us to use with Mikes permission.

Arthur Mullard was the best one in the Southern League, In the corner where the club shop is....

Used to just point at the ref and shout in a big deep arthur mullard voice... Foul!!

Don't recall the three bald heads and a belly being taken but the bald heads are little Phil (sadly no longer with us) who could recall events and players from Bexleyheath and Welling days onward, Keith who at the time was married to Copes' sister, and I'm fairly sure the third leaning over the fence is Gary one of the two Club Shop volunteers. No idea who 'the belly' is but I'm in there too (had hair then.)

Didn't have a pony tail or leathers then DA with trunk or quiff and drapes. Barbers at least once a week to keep the DA in good order.

Possible Tony has pics but I avoid cameras at all costs when I can. Have to ask him if he's got a pic of Pearl while he's looking.

Plenty of pics in late 80's/early 90's Welling programmes when that was the first thing my kids looked for in the programme.

Just PMSLing Bruno as yes that is Keith and sandwiched between him and Mr Brown ( he was my football coach in Junior school) is my sister. And they are still married.

Just as a point of note (if no one knows this) there is a game organised between Welling Old Boys and Ashford for Friday 1st October. All proceeds will go to a charity chosen by the White family

Cheers
