... should be the Deguello (the slit throat). Not the cosy tune played in the old version of the Alamo with John Wayne, nor the fiddle playing embellishment by "Davy Crockett" in the most recent version. It should be the most frightening Mexican adaptation (it was originally Moorish and adopted by the Spanish) featuring spine-chilling horns signalling "no quarter".

As you are all aware my band plating at the club we do however and i will bring it with me today have a sponsor sheet for such an idea (sponsor a song) we have been doing this already to people outside the club and have raised over £100. this will go to the club at the end of the gig.
So If you want a sponsor a song then See Me today at the match and pledge whatever amount you would like however big or small. Even better by a ticket too.!!
On The Evening there will be a list of who sponsored what song pinned on the notice board.

Plating? Ooh er missus!!!
The chance to sponsor a song or instrument at 'Club Aid' should be promoted in the programme under 'Spotlight' I believe. Hopefully it will remain there for the following home game as well.
The absolute rubbish that was played at the Lewes game was just awful. I detest rap.
Oh they can play what they want at home games, it doesn't bother me, but i did notice that the last song they played which was a rap song, had liberal uses of the words N****** and F***. There were kids present, and if i had kids there i probably wouldn't have been happy about it.
If i sponsored the music at half time it would be nothing but 60's/70's music :D
