Team News from 7:30pm Updates LIVE throughout the match. This is FREE all you need to do is post in the Histon Match thread in the Radio Forum for your ip to be added.

You will need Windows Media Player 9 or 10 installed on your pc. Any Questions post in this thread. Mark Shuttleworth is our man at the Glassword Stadium on Wednesday.
