Well we can use it in an appeal over the points that they had harshly treated us and then reversed it after 8 games and mention Crawley Town and others who got less punishment.
I think we should plead for leniancy as a first offence and say they had been very harsh on not letting Clarke and Pires play and could have made our players injuries worse.
I think we should get punnished as we clearly have done wrong but 5 points under the circumstances and with the embargo and being told WRONGLY we cant play Loick and Clarkey would give us a shot at getting the points dropped to 2 or 3.

I would agree that appeals often bring the punishment down. I feel that punishments are often set high so that there is room for manoeuvre come the appeal. Let's hope so.
Personally I am looking forward to seeing Pires play. He looks an exciting prosepct.
