Our plight: TIME TO CALL ON THE RUSSIAN FA?

I don't know whether we have potential investors.  I don't know what help we can expect to receive from whatever source.  I do not suppose the English FA will do anything.  And the Conference has not been particularly helpful.  So let's put the cat among the pigeons.  Let's call on the financial help of The Football Association of Russia (www.RussiaTeam.com).  Russia is a major competitor to stage the 2018 World Cup.  And what an ironic and fabulous publicity coup it would be for the Russian FA to save an English team from going out of business - especially a team with such a strong community involvement through our various youth and children's teams.

Time to alert Mr. Abramovitch now!

Im all for quirky ideas but that is the craziest thing I have heard for sometime.
