Bertie Kent League is more than possible, fresh start... a few people will help out (players, coaches etc as its the fans trying to get it going)

It will also be maybe 1 league below a CVA Welling United, i wouldnt put it past some of our fans to start AFC Welling whether the club fold or not.

We are all chewing the fat on here because we have been told sweet FA we have no clue how much, when what the future plans are... NOTHING because neither the club or any of these mystery investors have told us a dicky bird....

My thoughts are we have excellent links with the council via some supporters and AFC Welling could be given peppercorn rent taking over Wellings lease on nominal terms.

How can you support a club in CVA where people are trying to avoid paying debts and get a cheap deal when they have the money to have paid it months ago and get the embargo off... Theyve proved they are two bob and in it to make money... Where will they drop us back in the crap down the line?

They arent in this to make a success of it, the above tells you all you need to know, if they were tehy would have got the embargo off long ago, how long does it take to sink in that the debts are 110k and we have an embargo, pay it or feck off.

Here we are 4 months down the line... still an embargo and negotiations continuing,. Tell me this wasnt their plan all along. And if it never went their way they just walk off having chuckle.

The way the weather is right now and for the rest of the week, i don't think Welling club officials could make it to the hearing.

all the conference wanted was a payment plan so why didnt these investors set up a fake sponsorship as part of the deal at say 3k a week ... knock out the negotiations within 4 or 5 weeks embargo off jobsagoodun... Embargo lifted immediately.

Christ if they cant afford 100k for a club of our size and in our league, how is them paying 20k for us and getting us relegated benefitting us more than starting again?

We have no plan a,b or c and no chance of paying the money back,put us out of our misery and we can start again in the lower leagues. Just dont tell the Hobbins our plans.

* thats taking into account that the investors havent at close of business said they will pay the debt,.

ANYTHING other than 57k paid = Winding Up carried out IMHO

They may be taking the p1ss with the HMRC knowing if they have to they will pull up 57k next week and get it rescinded.

Well Russ raised appx 10k? Gigs and auctions i dont know 3-4k? Now NONE of this has been paid to the HMRC to pay off the debts but about 8-9k was given to them to pay the PAYE? the first lot... as all we have alledgedly paid is the 30k Barrie said was from pre season..

You will have to ask the WSU boys and Russ how the accounts are doing and where the money has gone if its not all there. Bear in mind anything thats not there any more has gone to the club..

But there is nowhere near what was raised in accounts i believe. Which is a bit bollox as it should have gone on the appeal or still been in the accounts not spunked off on ongoing wages, paye, etc etc.

This is precisely why i haven't donated any large sums of money to Welling United. I don't trust them.

Its not trust its organisation and ability.

We are leaking money faster than ever and no one can control it. If they had done some friendlies pulled in some big stars for nighst in the club house, got in the media pushing the story, advertised for take overs, driven round the borough in a car and a megaphone etc etc and 1000 other ideas then people would have sweated blood.

We did fack all except say give us your money

Anyone who paid money into the fund you arent mugs, muppets clowns you are fantastic, but its like trying to piss on a fire in harrods and put it out on your own.

Its the no news thing thats causing the frustration....

500 core fans week in week out, thousands of interested people/fans/exiles

maybe this would have worked if barrie had have said on meeting 1 ...

LOOK GUYS WE HAVENT GOT A SCOOBY HOW TO RAISE THIS MONEY WE NEED BODIES AND HELP AND IDEAS AND WE WILL HAND THE CLUB OVER TO THE FANS IF WE GET OUT OF IT.

the hole episode has been a bit poo and would have been better getting in the le mans 24 hour with Hellen Keller and Ray Charles and got a better result

To my knowledge we have only discussed fully a take over with this three musketeers consortium

I notice in the winding up list,it refers to us as a limited Company.

Barrie told me on Saturday that we are not a limited company,yet again more confusion
where the Hobbins are concerned.

I dont think we will ever know the truth, which I think is shocking,and i do believe we have been led up the garden path all along.

This forum is likely to go ballistic from around lunchtime tomorrow.  I hope that just for once the club tells us something quickly and puts the result, good or bad, on the official website without delay before all our blood pressures go through the roof due to lack of information.
