Should the court grant a winding up order there is a a process whereby at least 7 days is allowed for someone to attempt to get it rescinded ... see

So its a glorified appeal, so in theory we could appeal come what may ... and if 57k came to light in that time we would be saved...but its a bloody long shot.

We cant clear the money today, we can potentially in 7days, or there is more chance anyway ... ie, someone with money in savings that it takes a couple of days to transfer.

Rescinded if hmrc debt is cleared ?

Interesting to note that both Sheffield Wednesday and Bishop Stortford in court Wednesday too.

More interesting is that... Despite weeks ago it all being said its a mistake and hmrc have withdrawn the petition that in todays update for tomorrows cases it still remains on the list.

Yeah, completely forgot about that Stortford fiasco. Shows HMRC is just as big a shambles as anyone.
