According to their site moved to Sunday 12th December as their FA Cup replay was moved back to Thursday 9th.

If both teams have to agree (as I understand) why did we not stick to our guns and play on the Saturday thereby giving us a better chance? More likely we have rolled over after having our tummy tickled and let the opposition do exactly what they want........YET AGAIN

Got to think that will have a negative effect on the attendance. I know myself and a couple of other Welling fans who will now not be in attendance

Yes we could have stuck to our guns, but would it really have made any difference.

Turn it around and think you can get a few other fans there whos own team are playing on Saturday. Get some banter going with hatters fans and saying their tenner is a big help to us. Promise them lots of singing and a few hundred away and a good atmosphere, it could be our last ever game... if we dont get 400 fans there then i give up.

Lets get the coaches filled up and have a great day out.

Or just say this is crap oh well oh woe is me.

Was gonna post exactly what JGFC said. What's more important: the result or the money. A Sunday means floating fans are more likely to come down - weather permitting.

I think that the match being on a Sunday means that more people will turn up. What else is there to do on a Sunday apart from surf the internet?

Well I can make it now as I was due to work on the Saturday. Not only that but I'm going to persuade a few neutrals to turn up.

Playing them on a Sunday might have got a few Charlton along (but they'll be sick of seeing Luton by then)
