Luton were clearly a class above us, but I'd happily keep our strikers over theirs. They made a hash of practically every chance they had - most went into row Z.
We have such a good home record that I fancy us to give anyone a good match back at PVR. Come on you Wings!

Luton were so inept in front of goal today, that i fancy our chances against them on Tuesday. If Pugh and Cumbers had that number of good chances they would have scored 2 or 3 at least.

The clubshop will do good business on Tuesday :)

Excellant result

Welling played well,though Luton should have buried us but for some shocking finishing on virtually every shot they had.

Wings fans were great but the lack of atmosphere from Luton Fans was disapointing to say the least.Though give them their due they clapped when the tannoy said about the money we had raised

Cant wait for replay,take it there will be segregation?

Once the transfer embargo is lifted, is there a league rule that applys to all clubs, that limits how big our squad can be? Can Jamie sign as many players as he wants, as long as the money is available?

What should limit the size of squad you have is the amount of money available in a balanced budget to pay for it (including the tax and NI)!

Jamie said he hopes we can sign players when the embargo is lifted ( i took that as we will try and bring in loan players where they dont add a penny to our wage bill) , but hes not sure if we can contribute anything to loan signings, Some prudence from the gaffer and mindful not to put ourselves in behind the 8 ball again.
