Thanks to everyone that has contacted me since my song was played on the "Non League Show" 94.9 FM last night.

Caroline Barker mentioned on this show the details of our ongoing Shirt Sponsorship Raffle, and the winner to become the MAIN SHIRT SPONSOR, and followed up by requesting that the "presentation team" have a collection for this.

Today BBC London have invited me to sing my song LIVE on their show, next Monday 27th Dec 2010 at 9 PM, and I have accepted their invitation.

Let's hear you singing it, at our next home game!!!!!!

Will you be signing autographs before the next game Eric? We need T-Shirts, key rings with your face. T-shirts saying that "I knew Eric before he was famous". Soon pay off the debt.

Just hope this fame doesn't go to your head Eric and you swan off to some poncy ground - like the Emirates to mix with the rich and famous (and delusioned in the case of the Emirates).

It started as a bit of fun, but if it develops into helping to raise money, in any shape or form, for our beloved club......then I am up for it!!!!

It must have highlighted our present situation, to a few more that did not know we existed.

I shall always be a Welling United fan, it's in my blood!!!!!smile

Dear Eric ( Chet ) Brackstone.  Congratulations on your latest cd. The X factor has no comparison - without people like your good self ( and others of course ) our club would be deep in the doggy stuff.
This should have been released a few weeks ago - a certain No. 1.
What else for you now?  Strictly come Eric?  Sing along with Eric?  Eric sings Sinatra? Now thats what I call music 94?

Thanks Cynical. I sung my song in Lidls today stood next to their display of Karaoke Sets, and the manager came up and thanked me, apparently they sold their entire stock of Karaoke Sets in less than 25 minutes. (only joking!!!)
