The relevant FA rule is:

8.3.1 All matches shall be of ninety minutes duration. The half time interval in all matches shall

not exceed fifteen minutes. Any match which is not of ninety minutes duration may be

ordered to stand as a completed match or replayed for the full period of ninety minutes or

be awarded to the Club not at fault, as the Board may decide, on such terms as the Board

shall decide.

So in theory we could get the 3 points, but I don't fancy our chances.

If its replayed the league decides whether the gate receipts are split.

Wouldnt the League rule be the rule that is followed? Seeing as the league hate us and also have split gates and replayed matches in full in past, i would put my virtual bet on that happening.

The FA are the rules of football and so apply to the Conferemce, of course the likelihood of them finding in our favour are somewhere less than zero but it does explain a comment made by a player that the result could stand.
