we're on top so far this half. Excellent save from the Dartford keeper to deny Pugh.

One all. Error from our keeper. Free kick from the right went straight in.

Clarke lucky not to be sent off. Two footed challenge. But it was no worse than the one the Dartford player did in the first half, so that's one all in red cards avoided.

One minute of normal time left. We've been on top in the second half but Dartford look more likely to score now.

Pires on for Cumbers.

Full time one all. Probably a fair reflection of the match, although it is frustrating that we didn't get another goal when we were on top in the second half.

Thought we played really well tonight, unlucky not to get all 3 points, with Ibrahim making a very good save from Pugh and the header cleared off the line at the end.
Both teams probably should've had players sent-off for two-footed tackles - ref bottled it both times.
Looked like the 'keeper was at fault for their goal, but can't be sure from the other end.

Would have taken a point before game but on reflection gutted we didnt get all three. Still onwards and upwards.

Must give a mention to Anthony Acheampong.  Had a really good game and won everything in the air.

We were superb 2nd half after being flat in an even first half. Feel sorry for our young keeper, long free kick deceived him. Then Darts clear the ball off the line in last minute. Clarkey very lucky to be on the pitch after a terrible tackle, darts had one almost as bad on Parky. Lee is a very lucky boy, the ref was awful to both teams and completely bottled it, should have been a red.

Impressed by us second half. Bellamy is looking a good player to me thought he was good second half and looks very fit (not in that way i prefer blonde women)... he keeps going for 90 minutes and trys to pass, good find from Daisy. Acheampong showing why Cardiff City rated him so highly.

Gutted to drop 2 points but a good derby against our local rivals who now havent beat us in the last 3 competetive games. Well done lads now lets really hit the starting blocks on Saturday.

Will upload goals in around 90 mins and the two iffy tackles and then full highlights tomorrow evening. We kept the darts very quiet tonight, until they equalised.

Whats galling is the ref never gave it and when Dartford winger couldnt beat our 3 man defence he pulled it back and gave the free kick they scored from.

1500 at home 1400 away , nice to have our local rivals back, never been anything worse than some banter flying around on forums. Both sets of fans had a sing song, draw probably fair.

Beats playing eastleigh at home or travelling to boreham wood midweek infront of 150 when we had over half the crowd at Wood.

Darts look like they will finish mid table or just in top half so if we can sort our finances out we should have some ding dongs next season.

I can see Dartford doing us some favours in the weeks to come. They certainly improved from the last game.

Disappointed we didn't hold on for the three points as I felt second half performance deserved the win and to concede such a soft goal for made it even worse.....

Hats off to our players again for their performance but I would like to single out Andy Pugh on last night's game. I think we probably take it for granted sometimes what a good player he is. Last night he was superb. Held the ball up against bigger and stronger opponents, brought other people into the game, always looked a goal threat and worked his wotsits off all night.

Well done Andy - keep up the good work.

Agree with fat cabby and wing nut.
But will add Jack Parkinson also worked hard all night driving the team on, he scored a good goal, what a great captain.
He has been consistant throughout the season.
A delight to watch.
Last night was an excellent team effort against an improving side.
Lets all look forward to Saturdays game, a similar perfomance will bring a win.

Like Spills said earlier, before the match had you given me a point i'd have taken it. Dartford are a much better side now than back at Xmas. As for the keeper, it would be harsh to blame him for costing us the win, he's a young lad and this would have been his first proper competitive match. He took a few good catches and will only get better with experience. Nice to see a big Welling away support last night and roll on Saturday!

The keeper was fractions off clawing it over the bar despite being deceived by the flight of the ball and being on his 6 yard line when it was struck. If he had got a bit more on the save everyone would be saying what a great keeper he is. Jamie Coyle says in the Kentish Messenger that it is wrong to blame him and that he did well and communicated and came for crosses and the players were happy with him.

I thought we shaded it slightly, think both tackles were lucky to escape reds. Also thought Lovelock looked a bit shakey, but considering it was his first game, quite a few Dartford fans behind him he was going to be nervous.

I disagree, I think the keeper done very well , yeah we can say he should have not let in the goal but if u watch the highlights he came for many crosses kicked well and to me looked better then the lad from brighton. Agree with Sladie as well Jack and Pughie were excellent again and let just hope we can keep hold of them as there must be clubs looking at our players because of the current situation

Where did I say Lovelock didn't do well? I said he looked a bit shakey! I had no problems with him other than he looked a bit shakey!

Thought he did well seeing as he only signed only 2 hours before KO. Many thanks for helping us out. Not much time to prepare.
