Some interesting reading. I am aware that most supporters are biased, but come on.
One comment was that Sambrook should have walked in the first half? I can only presume that was for the "challenge" on Modeste, who did a good impression of a dying swan. It was good to engage Modeste as he came back on for the second half.
Additionally Welling were labelled a hoof it team, who brought City down to their level?
Lots of sympathy for Pentney .... butr the fella was a muppet, and I'm claiming an assist
Biased isnt the word. We are a hoof-ball team ?? Are they having a laugh ?? Pretty much everyone bar Thurrock this season have praised our passing game.
Bit like the old days!!
I cant see where the ball bobbled in the slow mo, he just completely ****ed it up. Probably bottled it after doing the nescafe stuff. If you read the Bath Manager who had Pentney on loan he wasnt exactly singing his praises 100%.
I thought he was a poor keeper.

Actually to be fair I think we did use the long ball more than usual in this game. I think that Jamie spotted a weakness in their defence and also as the pitch was so crap it didn't make for playing on the ground. I was impressed that we could change our style to suit the circumstances. 2 wins out of 10 for Chelmo - they should concentrate their efforts on that rather than moaning about us.

I don't think it was possible to play football on that pitch although it was a good passing move that freed Luis to cross for the first goal.
That's true Mark and I did think that as I was writing. I did think Cumbers first touch took him wider than he would have liked rather than going for goal. Wasn't sure if it was a poor touch or the pitch. He made up for it with the cross though.
