Brilliant news, hopefully Faz, Whitehouse and Clarke will be among those signing soon. That would give us the core of a team that can win this league next season
More to come from last seasons squad....I feel they really want another go all together...and that will do for me!!!! With some good use of younger cheaper players AND a few loanees we can really do it!!!
Unbelieveable that the 2 goalhangers have signed, i thought they may be off and be tapped up, im so happy that theyve signed, great players and great lads with some character. What a buzz this news is.

After all the troubles this year what a demonstration of the commitment to Welling United from those who have already signed and those who just have to complete the formalities. Hats off to you lads.

This is going to have the Chelmo, Woking and Dartford fans on BSBS Forum spewing, they were convinced the Players would be off... or should i say hoping the players would be off.
We've still got Pugh and Cumbers la la la la.... la la la la

Brilliant news indeed. I'm particularly pleased that Anthony has signed. He was surely the find of the season. I think that if he continues to develop he has, along with one other player, the best chance of the players in last season's squad of progressing in due course to play in the Football League.
If half a dozen more of the squad sign up in the next few days, we can all go off and enjoy the summer and look forward to next season.
Sends a huge message to the rest of the squad too, and to other players Jamie is trying to secure to come to Welling for the first time. There are players in this division that Im sure he has his eye on from other clubs, and when they see we have the embargo lifted, a lot of players from last year retained, and are pushing for the top spot Im sure people will want to come and play for Welling ... and Jamie.
Need to remember weve reduced our budget and Jamie will probably have to use 2 or 3 from the academy in the squad, but with players like Chris Davis, Ryan Wall, Leon Farrell and possible season loans from League Academys we could still have a better squad than last year.
We need to calm down a little, and not put pressure on the gaffer, who is probably having headaches trying to wheel and deal. Definitely done well to get the big guns signing early with more to come this week i think :)

I am really pleased like everyone else. Fantastic by Jamie but I would also single out Jack Parkinson who made his intentions very clear from the off and this must have helped others make up their mind. Did the same last year too.
When I look back in previous years to going into pre-season with vitually nobody signed and scratching around for a side - this is great.
Looking ahead two months, i wouldn't be surprised if we beat Charlton :D Normally we have some players left from the previous season plus a whole load of triallists, but not this time.
I m so happy for Welling United and its fans This is terrific news - players with loyalty to the club and as pointed out earlier they obviously fancy their chances of getting promoted next season - they must also get on well together and this can be seen the way the celebrate goals and wins - its up to us all now to bring some friends down to PVR and further increase the support. If anyone sees the odds for next season in a bookies can they post it here I fancy a punt And Mr Uberstella - if your reading this WE WANT YOU NEXT SEASON ( with a pair of decent coloured boots would be nice though )

Really enthusiastic comments from every one, this is all good news, as we have been saying, the team spirit they have developed is rare. As young as they are, it seems they understand this.
Jack Pintastella can wear Lady GaGa shoes if he wants, so long as he signs.
I hope the more mature players such as Lee will maybe see this as a chance of a quality season to look forward to.
