Can't see us venturing too far so Hythe, Deal or Faversham, please.

Maybe we will visit Rambo's Ashford Town although they have not been admitted into the Kent League and will have to re-start one league lower!!!

We need to get acclimatized to life in Cornwall following the promotion of Truro. Perhaps an away day to Newquay or Penzance!

Faversham is crap - been there with for a friendly with 'Wall', Deal or Hythe would be good.

Herne Bay last year was a cracker in the sun on a very hot July day....nice.biggrin

But I fancy finding their beers in Ramsgate will be as hard as finding Whitstable brewery beers in Whitstable.

 And a Wetherspoons.

I like Faversham but then I like Shepherd Neame's beer.

Tut tut, Danson.  The Montefiore Arms in Ramsgate, an old-fashioned street corner boozer, sell a fine pint of Gadds - as well as four or five other well-kept ales on handpumps without Co2 cover.  Also, the Artillery Arms has a fine selection of ales, as does Churchills.  For a fine seaview, and good food, there is also the Belle Vue which does some well-kept Shepherd Neame ales.  There is also a very small ale house which dispenses ale by gravity direct from casks.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the last time I went to the Montefiore Arms, about two months ago, a pint of Gadds No 7 was £2. 20p.  As you probably know, the strength of each brew of Gadds is numbered accordingly - thus No. 7 equates to the ability to drink seven pints in one session, No 5 - five pints and thus No 3 three pints.  There is also Seasider and a wide range of seasonal beers.
