Agreed, especially about Cobbs. Was disappointed we didn't make more of an effort to keep him after he and Gargan pretty much kept us up

Not the signings of a team looking to challenge in my opinion. Cobbs did well for us but looked average for an all be it a poor Lewes side.

Cobbs seemed intent on getting sent off against us at Lewes, class player a cfew years ago and deffo should have stayed with us, was he not offered pre season and chose to go elsewhere? Gargan was offered nothing?

 Only offering him pre-season when inferior players were offered contracts was an insult. I'm not surprised he chose not to play for Andy Ford when there were clubs nearer to his Brighton home who were happy to take him on.

Cobbs had been out injured when played for Lewes against us at PVR, and Lewes were sh*t, we were in top form, and he was only just back from injury. Was top class in midfield when playing for us and helping keep us up. Would happily see him back at PVR.

Eastbourne will be top-half Im sure.
