Never ever thouight I would start a beer thread considering my supermarket of choice. Howewver today at the tesco in Footcray Badger England (4.6) and Badger Champion (5) were on sale for £1 a half litre bottle. Managed to get 4 bottles of each so thats me sorted till the new Yearbiggrin

According to the Tesco website, they're also doing Badger Golden Glory and Adnams Explorer for £1.

Better hurry if you're going to the Welling one though. It's closing for good soon. Going to be a Wilkinson's so I'm informed.

Can't say I'm surprised, It's always empty  whenever I've driven past it.

I went in that Tesco's in Welling once some months ago, and i couldn't help being reminded of an 80's era Soviet supermarket. Big, bland, nothing much in it and hardly anyone shopping. A Wilkinson's would be an improvement.

With all this cheep real ale around, i might stock up soon :)

Too lazy to start a new thread.

Lidl's have the Shepherd Neame Dragonfire back at 99p for 500ml. Nice beer.

Starts Thursday.
