This is just another example of how the FA have yet to support football lower down the leagues. Its all well and good if you are in the Premiership but nothing else seems to matter at times.
Back on the topic of football, are the non league teams to expect another one of those generosity payments from the Premier League this year? I'm sure it can be afforded after virtually every Premier League team has been whoring themselves around the world this summer.
And how long will that new Sainsbury's last in Barnehurst.
Er what? I remember Barnehurst, there isn't room to build anything there. It's just a load of semi detached houses and a wood. I assume it isn't a big Sainsbury's.
Although it's unfortunate that Andover have gone under, it's not surprising. The only surprising thing is that a lot more clubs haven't ceased to exist.
It's where the old car lot used to be Dogme, opposite the woods. I'm with Ben, what with a big Sainsburys in Bexleygrief and a bigger one in Crayford, can't understand the decision. Still, money talks.
Back to football...Does anyone know when these financial guidelines from UEFA kick in? And how far down the ladder it goes? Because it's possibly going to knacker a lot of clubs in this country, both Premier**** down to BSS/N. Also makes me laugh that the HMRC will chase us for £60, but clubs like Man Utd can run as a viable business, millions of pounds in debt...
The HMRC will never go after clubs like Man Utd because they're too powerful. A bit worrying when you think about it. Welling United were an easy target, which is why they picked on us.

Car lot? Where are you, in America?!
I find it incredible it's been approved. It's one of the last few places in the area that has independently owned shops, and now they will suffer no question.
And this UEFA rule thing, that massively inflated deal for Man Citeh's grounds naming rights has to be looked at surely? And they're only leasing the ground, can they flog the naming rights?

I can only apologise old chap, for some reason, my usually fantastic vocabulary skills left me for a minute and I had to rely on language from the colonies! And da Heath, don't forget da Heath...
Case in point: PSG have just been bought by a Dubai-based family, talk of £39.4m for Pastore of Palermo along with other signings. If they pull the same stunt as the Shiekhs at Man City, be interesting to see how Monsieur Platini deals with it in his back yard. There was murmurings of someone looking at that deal for the Al Itthad (or whatever it's called now) Stadium, probably won't happen.
Sport on Dogme, but it is those clubs that are making clubs at Conference, our division and North and below struggle. If they set the standard of running at a loss, then smaller clubs will follow suit because there is a lakc of punishment (saying that, be interesting what happens at Brum the coming weeks). Most recent example, the mess at Wrexham, where, apparently, the club now has no money
