Yes Lou, the EGM where the constitution, which was sent out to all members a fortnight ago, will be proposed and the new Committee elected. It will be followed by a meeting to discuss the club's planned move to CIC status.
Hopefully members will have read the email /note which accompanied the newsletter in which I urged them to attend as they are obviously very important meetings.
