Just checked the RAC and AA journey planners. From Royal Kidbrooke the RAC say its 2h33m3sec to Dorchester using a sensible route. The AA want me to go via Peckham, Clapham Common and Wandsworth taking 3h10m. No doubt my sat nav will suggest going via Stonehenge.

There's no way you'd do it in 3 hours 10 mins going through Peckham and Clapham. I'd say more like 3 days.
Multimap sends you up the A20 to the M25 then M3, M27 and A31. I must say, that's the way I would go.

Thats the RAC route as well and it would be my way of going anyway. If I remember I will pop into Weymouth and get you a stick of rock.

I go there a few times a year and when going by car, always go the Multimap route.
The Stonhenge way is more picturesque, especially as where I go is slightly nearer Yeovil than Dorchester, but there are too many single carriageway parts and that is not fun when stuck in a queue waiting to overtake a tractor!
was doing a job in Parkstone on tuesday ( that was gerat timing could have fitted that in on sat morning) and made it back from there ( which is pretty close) via a31 m27 m3 m25 etc in 2 and a half hours remember tho the roadworks on m25 where they are putting the new services will add a bit of time
Incredible aint it, we score 3 goals in one game from set pieces and now Woking and Dorchester fans think that we are one-dimensional hoofers that only play for free kicks and corners. Shall we send them your highlights DVD, JGFC?!
Name 11 that are better....depends what the criteria is...I like traditional grounds (such as Bath and Worcester) even if they are a bit dodgy like ours

Let them prepare for route 1.
We know our bench can mix it about and play different formations and systems. I think teams are just trying to wind each other up to try and take points off of us. If they want to believe all we do is win free kicks then let them. They might get a surprise. I cant see them not giving free kicks with Walker and Bowles at the back can you?
I havent read one article or post from anyone suggesting Dorchester have no chance. The only person ive seen say it, is their manager...

The only feature we need is a flat, well cut ,well grassed , and good sized top quality, pitch.
Welling have excellent football players who have worked hard to improve the game they prefer to play.
All supporters of all teams in this league get good value for money by watching Welling United.
PS. The fans give the support Jamie Day asks for and we know its appreciated.

The original point was about our league and last time I looked neither of those were in Conference South. My question still stands.
we started slowly . ref has somehow given a pen for their guy slipping dont think faz touched him but faz just accepted it. second goal healy gave away ball in their half then long ball faz headed back with no power their guy beat dan to ball and bravely headed home. We been better last few mins. Id bring on daisy. They were fast starters and we were sloppy. Some truly bad decisions by ref who does seem a homer
