Just a quick post to say that on Tuesday the 20th September, it will be 5 years to the day that John Glover lost his fight against Motor Neurone Disease and passed away.

I also believe Paul Collins another ex player has been fighting this disease.

Thoughts are with both player's families.

Paul was a great player in his first season with us and sad to hear this news, despite getting sent off. along with Dave Newman in his second game for the club at Wycombe Wanderers.
Gloves of course was always a great player for this football club and a great man too.

Collins (PC) was player of the season in his first season at the Club then sadly broke his leg early the following season. Was a very uncompromising performer but could play a bit too.
