Clarkeys penalty is in there i just put him one clip later than i should have and... Comments on the flare ups and pens? A great picture by Dave Budden shows ours was a penalty... Theirs... 5.9 6.9 5.9 5.9 6.0
Longer interviews with Jamie Day and Jack Parkinson will be up tea time to early evening. Lets hope Saturday is the first time in 4 matches we dont get a disgraceful decision against us in the box.
The poor penalty decisions against us are becoming ludicrous thats 4 on the trot that are all horrific and could/have decide(d) games. Are the refs just getting worse or is there another reason we are getting some abject decisions against us? These arent even questionable decisions there are appaling and impossible to give if someone is competent.

Their number 9 appears to love a ruck .. odds on him being released in next 12 months ?? fairly certain.
Healy booked for what exactly ?? nowadays with even non-league games being videoed, how long before yellow and red are rescinded, or dished out, after games. Honestly, its getting beyond a joke now.
Their 7 two footed on Jack Kensington, Their 7 gets up and 7 pushes Clarkey who probably said something and quite rightly was an awful tackle, Healy comes in sees whats occurring.. their 8 pushes Healy , Healy pushes their 8 in the face, Their 9 and 8 moan at the ref about Healy. Healy booked.
Their 7 not sent off or booked for the two footed tackle or for then pushing Clarkey, Their 8 not booked for pushing Healy, Healy booked for pushing their 8 after being pushed by him.
When you referee leniantly or make poor decisions its gets like anarchy. How do you book some and not others? If he booked their 7 promptly for the tackle the handbags wouldnt have occured.
He got praise from the managers for no red cards but he got a lot wrong in the game and didnt see a lot and let a lot go.
First time ive ever seen someone sent off, walk off and then get called back and given a yellow... and the penalty was an awful decision their 11 had been booked in first half so surely thats a second yellow and red for simulation?, instead he gets a penalty.
All that said, Joe needs to be careful as he got a red for that at Dorchester.
If that had been a League Match then, Sammy, Miller, Payne, Dack, Hessenthaler (8?) and Healy could all have been sent off along with their 6 who was sent off then not sent off and booked. Clarkey also handballed a ball in the box and seen them go for that too.
8 red cards may have been a bit harsh.
Confused??

All this "no-one wants to see someone sent off" bollox is ... well ... bollox. If they commit a sending off offence they should be sent off, Welling, Gills or otherwise. It makes a mockery of the laws and the game in general if laws are administered "ad-hoc". There's far too much in justice creeping in.
It's six minutes long but he said that he didn't know who was interested, he would like to play league football for the right club (not Satanage) and that he would not play for another club at this level.
Seems to have his head screwed on. I like the fact he isnt in a rush to leave for the first club that comes in for him. Im sure this is where the Welling approach of "if someone comes in for you we'll let you know and let you leave with our blessing" does us the power of good in attracting, and then keeping, people like Pugh, Pires, Stella and Parky.
