Could be a very hard game against one of the form teams in the league, they smashed Dover and had 10 men last week.
We have played some lovely stuff recently and a win against Wood to rectify the loss at their place earlier in the season could improve our position, as Daisy has said, we need to keep things going and others will slip up.

I'd be happy with any win....this is going to be very difficult,,,,,,very happy to be proved wrong...prepare for the HUGE away support
I am sure the stewards at the away end will be keep things under control - they are very proactive and on top of things!!! Easiiest 25 quid they could ever earn. Look the other way if there is any sign of trouble!!
The stewards are useless. The only thing they do is say "move along" if you dare standing in the white paint zone, and stop you having any fun when we score.
werent they put there for the arsenal friendly for h&s reasons? surely they can go now
and if it is for disabled access cant the person in the chair just say "excuse me" and people will move out of the way - it's called common sense and you don't need painted lines for it

I know that its only mid November but today i reckon is a key game in the season as how oftern are we the only side in the top four with a home game when Dartford go to Eastleigh, Woking have a tough away game against Dover and Sutton travel to Dorchester. Its vital we get 3 points today as some how i can see Eastleigh drawing 2-2 with Dartford, Sutton losing 2-1 to Dorchester and my big dream is that i can seriously see Woking dropping points at Dover. Dover have been a strongish side this year and you never know what they can pull out of the bag. Hoping results go our way. Getting close to mid way through the season and its already getting tense. after today 4 games till mid season. So lets dominate today and go into the game against Thamesmead to be proud of.
If Woking drop points today and so do Sutton we could easily see ourselves go top of the table by the end of the month as on Tuesday, Woking have a tricky home tie against Chelmsford and on the following tuesday they have our dream fixture. Woking away to Dartford so to dayy us a key. COYW!
Simply brilliant in the 1st half, the best we have played for a long time and we deserved our two goal lead. We were work man like in the second half, they had more possession as you would expect and we soaked it up and tried to hit on counter. Overall though very much deserved and nice to have a clean sheet.
Well done Wings

I thought we started off a bit slow and cautious but picked up the pace later.
Great goal from Clarke and a well taken penalty.
They only had two shots that I can remember. One hit the post and the other was just going wide but goalie made a good save anyway.
Ref ludicrously booked Pugh when their goalkeeper ran into him. It wasn't even a free kick let alone a booking. Ref initially ignored it but was then persuaded by a Boring Wood player to show the card. Hope he looks at the video later.
Good win, lovely goal from Clarkey, control flicked it and then swivelled and fired home. Good performance from the defence over all. We had some lovely moves, Front 3 lively again. Lets keep it goin, Daisy was right, keep picking up the wins and let others slip up.
On to Thamesmead next week where it sounds like the gaffer is going in with our strongest team and rightly so.
Interviews up later tonight with Jamie, Big Ben and Clarkey. Just got back from the Supporters Meeting so bear with me. Highlights to follow also.
Excellent gate today almost 700 and Wood brought less than 20. Proof that the support is there.

Brilliant team performance today, thought everyone contributed but it was good to see us much more solid at the back. Motm to either Martin or Obersteller for me. We're turning PVR into a bit of a fortress: 8 wins, 2 draws in 10 league matches plus the KSC victory against Gillingham.
Would be nice to see Healy and especially Cumbers get back in the goals soon, as they're both doing everything but score at the moment.
Does anyone know what's happened to the players out on loan? Camacho/Heffernan/Poole/Conteh/Attwood? Also whether Whitehouse is still at the club?
Christian, Jamie talks about (some of) the loaned out players in his Interview which should be up in around 45 mins (along with Interviews with Ben Martin and Lee Clarke). John Whitehouse is still at the club to my knowledge and said last week his knee is getting better and stronger and he hopes to be fit to fight for a place in January.
