Welling returned to another fine form as they have now succesfully completed 4 straight victories in a row, scoring 11 goals in the process.
Welling opened the scoring by non other the Lee Clarke being recieved the ball. He had his back facing towards the goal when he teed himself up, turned and swung the ball into the back of the net. The shot left everybody stunned, including Parky himself who raced off to celebrate wildly immedietly. Mid way through the first half and Welling already had the lead.
A second was added 6 minutes later when loick pires soon saw himself literally flying over the top of a defender leg when he was brought down in the box. Welling are known for giving away so many penalties this season that they are whey into double figures but this is the 3rd penalty that they have recieved in 3 games. Fans chanted for the defender to be dismissed from the field but survived after only recieving a caution. The penalty was neatly tucked away by Lee Clarke yet again. HT 2-0 Welling
The second half was a fairly dull half with most off the chances going to Boreham Wood, Dan Thomas made numerous spectacular saves to keep Welling holding on to another victory, which they did. CONGRATS WELLING, 4 STRAIGHT VICTORIES. FT Welling United 2-0 Boreham Wood COYW

Couldn't attend the game so I have no idea whether the content is accurate, but for those of you who are interested I thought I would translate the above into English:
Welling continued their fine form as they completed their fourth victory in succession, scoring 11 goals in the process.
Welling opened the scoring through none other than Lee Clarke. Clarke received the ball with his back to goal, and teed himself up beautifully before striking the ball goalwards on the turn. The shot left everybody stunned, including Clarke himself, who immediately raced off to celebrate wildly.
Welling were awarded a penalty soon after when Loick Pires was brought down. Despite giving away a number of penalties this season, Welling's fortunes in this department are perhaps starting to improve, with this being their third spot-kick in the last three games. The opposition defender received only a caution despite pleas from the Welling faithful for him to be dismissed. Lee Clarke tucked the penalty away neatly, and Welling maintained their 2-0 lead for the rest of the half.
The second half was a fairly dull affair, with the home team aiming to protect their lead and nullify the Boreham Wood attack. Dan Thomas made numerous spectacular saves to ensure Welling held on to another victory. Congratulations Welling.
At the bottom of match report on official site it says we may face Dover away if both sides avoid replays I take it this is KSC which was penciled in for Jan?
