Bexley Borough FC who were on here saying they were up and coming, their website not been updated for ages. Erith & Dartford Town where some of them went to, Abbos apparantly left and is at Cray as Asst manager (good on him he deserves at least that standard). Are they still going at Bexley Borough? if not then the Academy can go for their ground and have the ressies/Ryman Youth and Kent League youth  play there and first team can train there.

I was reading about improved stadia and rapidly progressing clubs. Doesnt seem to have materialised.

When they first came on here I signed upto their newsletter and it come through via e mail  most weeks. This weeks arrived today. Sorry to them but nowdays I usually just delete it without reading.

Should have read the e mail before posting. It seems only to contain news of under 12 and under 15 teams. Nothing about a senior side.

David that was my point, their under 15s withdrew from a league recently so wondered if they were still going.

Wonder if the council would allow us to have there for a peppercorn rent (if it became available) to use for youth/reserves and community. Ressies would get people turning up which would bring in some money even if it just covered a few sundries like match balls and training kits and sports drinks for the players.

I would gladly go see every home reserve game and the academy games if they played at that ground.

I refereed them earlier in the season. Being ran very well for the standard they're at but unfortunately it isn't going too well at the moment. Sitting 8th in the Kent County Division 2 West. Link to their results and forthcoming fixtures - http://full-time.thefa.com/DisplayTeam.do;jsessionid=932FCF4012CB39219B7A258BB1264AE8?teamID=8237572&divisionseason=4978820
