Good to get the "reserves" together with the 2nd year under 18's leaving at the end of the season, and the rest of the 18's at the end of season 2012-2013. Also get them playing closer to home, Croydon, why?

7th May away at Phoenix Sports in Crayford. Could get a few wings fans there, nice to see the fixtures and results on the Official site, As so few games per season wouldnt take a lot for one of the reserves people to put up reports and news etc etc. That way people might get interested and support them when local.
Its a shame they cant get in over the road at Bexley Borough, i read they only pay a grand a year rent so it shouldnt cost a lot. And if Bexley Borough had a friendly against the reserves or a mixed trialist team they would earn more than they pay rent for the season. No chance of people going over to Croydon unless half the first team were playing. Maybe the suburban league midweek or capital league would be better??

I went to a few games when they played at Danson and the most people i saw watching was about 6,and sometimes they used to kick off at 11am.Even Paul Parker didnt bother to watch them, and i doubt many fans would bother to go along if they did move back.
As for the rent being about a grand,im sure that it cost £1200 just to secure the ground from one season to the next. Also to water the pitch cost a fortune as they are on a water meter and Bexley Borough couldnt afford to do this,so the pitch was bloody awful. And its now deemed to short for the Kent Invicta League would this apply to the Kent League?
