Are you talking of a book Who's Who? If so that would need to be looked in to cost wise. Maybe a 'Complete Record' style book could be done with orders and deposits taken before publication and all subscribers getting their name and first game included ina section at the back.
Additional bookw could be ordered, but obviously only those who commit beforehand get their name in the book.

So the club was founded in 1963 but no game was played until September 1964? I assume there were some unrecorded friendlies in the interim.
One of the best nights I attended at a PVR meet the.... evening was a meet the Hobbins. They had scrap books ranging back over many years of all kinds of newspapaercuttings.
