Deliver 10000 colour A5 flyers to all the houses around the ground a week before the home leg (get a few posters in the high streets, pubs and fast food shops) and you will drum up plenty of people if the flyer is good enough. Cost of getting flyers done £260 for decent glossy 300gsm weighted paper 2 sided colour, need 20 out of the 10,000 to come to the game to break even and then you have still hit the community Follow up with another flyer before the pre season friendlies and you should bring in new fans and probably a few advertisers. For play off flyer First side aboout the club, map, achievements this season, bit about the squad and huge box with date time oppo and costs of play off semi. Then PTO for Sponsorship opportunities, next seasons season tickets, hire of the bar, Danson Festival etc etc.
Theres one place that does them but i am sure you could beat the price if you shop around, i wouldnt go for crap thin paper and one colour if you want to make an impact and look professional.

I'm sure the timing of the second leg of the semi-final and play-off final can be readily explained by someone far brighter than me - but going head to head with the final round of Premier League fixtures (even if by then the only thing the Sky presenters have to scream about is the race for 4th and 5th) on the 13th doesn't make that much sense to me and the semi-final second leg is on the same day as 8 Premier League fixtures. I would have thought it might make it harder to attract the casual supporter.
