Good news re; the second bit .... budget now is less than end of last season when it was boosted by Pugh money, but not less than the original figure it seems. Also, if a fee via tribunal comes in for Parky and Pires then I assume this can go towards the budget in due course.
Business being done early ... good news. Players signing is good, players leaving is bad, but at least we know early so we can plan properly and find replacements.
