A whopping 28 players attended the first training session tonight. There will be a 12 minute video interview with Jamie Day on the official site tomorrow PM where he talks about the budget, boost the budget, the squad, the departures and signings and the aims for this season.

A whopping 28 players attended the first training session tonight.
I would imagine, from a recent interview I read, that 28 is not that large a number for pre-season as there are fewer trialists this year.
If the squad is 15 at present, add on people who have been invited back for pre-season to try and earn a squad place, seven or eight trialists, and maybe a sprinking of under 18's, and you easily have 28 players.
