I was hoping to see him back at the club but playing for us, not for that other lot. Seemed good enough to play for Welling, so I wonder if Jamie thought his attitude wasn't right and wouldn't fit in.

Much more likely that Jamie had several players he would have liked to sign but had to make some hard decisions to remain within his budget.

I think he has done wonders with the budget....probably best to leave it now and see what we can achieve
