What?

They havent been pulling up trees, Let goals in for FUN.
We have a good recent record against them.
We went there before in the trophy and were humping them until the ref and ian selley got involved.
Decent crowd.... = a few quid win or lose.
Another chance to knock a conference prem team out.

If everyone thinks oh no boring draw... thats really going to motivate the players.

I think its a decent draw. No pressure again, just have a go at them, the pressure is on them.

Only good thing about this draw is that there's a few decent pubs in the area.

You can bet your life that it'll be segregated and we'll have a crappy place to stand, cold burgers and no access to their bar (so no loss there) no

I will admit not the best draw we could have got, however a few days ago we beat the team who are joint top of the Conference Premier. Why can't we achieve a similar result against Woking? We have no pressure on us and nothing to lose, let's go there, attack them from the first minute and give it a go!

I do apologise for expressing an opinion about drawing Woking away for the 3rd? time in the FA Trophy in recent years, a team we have played on numerous occasions in the past, and one which, as you probably know, I'm not overly keen on. I also apologise for wanting the opportunity to perhaps visit another ground, previously not seen by myself, or even an attractive home draw. I promise never to complain again when we draw Woking, Bromley or Dover in every cup competition known to man. I will, of course, be attending the game not least as it's as close to "home" as this league gets for me.

Andrew - you should know by now that you are allowed to express your opinion but it will be wrong. Only one opinion is right and the rest of us are just simply wrong.

Can I say - I like going to Woking.

Oh how cutting, Another put down by the king of football. I am not sure how i will cope. Why would Woking concern you chelwing.... Newport didnt whet the appetite for you did it? What did you think of the game?

Plus points......

30 mins from home

No others

Minus Points

Probable segregation
Wet
Cold
Boring
2 weeks of messaage boards telling us we are little minnows and that they will score more than they did against Farnborough
Close game but we lose on a dodgy referee descision after 89 minutes
Jack and Loick have blinders against us

God I am totally underwhelmed with this draw

Not a very exciting draw and I expect they feel the same.

However, as others have said, a winnable game and one where we will be the underdog again and can play with no pressure. If we play anywhere like we did on Saturday then we can beat anyone in non league football.

Will be good to see Jack and Loick again as well.

Its people not giving a toss, like those that wont go to cup games as its not included in season ticket etc. Its people thinking yawn boring, Well Bishops Stortford was boring but have we got a god given right for piss easy games or to be playing at home? You get your cup runs from winning games and getting to bigger games. I suppose if we did get through and got to the semis these "fans" who are crying over Woking would be knocking one out that we are two games from Wembley?

If you dont give a toss,Those that couldnt be arsed to go on Saturday included... then dont put others on a downer including players who busted their 80llocks off beating Newport ( Who were top of the conference and still were level on points on Saturday) only to hear some people moan about getting Woking.

I vote we pull out of cups unless we get easy draws, home draws or Chelsea. Might stop the stay aways and the moaners then.

Not entirely sure how that works bearing in mind they seemed to be completely unaffected in performance by the positive mood around playing Concord Rangers, Thurrock or Bishops Stortford....

Come on now, why all these negative comments?

We have just witnessed our team destroy Newport County by serving up one of the best performances seen at PVR for a very long time. Let's be positive and show our lads we are 100% behind them, and admire the way they play, especially against higher division sides.

Our lads are a young side who on their day can match the best. With your encouragement and support they will all be ready to give their best and try to win this game.

Come on you Wings.............................................

I agree with that. Big hand for the loser.

However, "Ultimate Matchday experience?"  Surely the fans want the team to do well in league and cups and will support at each game. Those that want to support for some games or "cant be arsed" to go... Fine but do you really need to bring everyone down like Neil from the young ones or Morrissey?

A couple of years ago this club was days from going tits up. Then people would have given everything to be playing Woking in the 2nd round of the trophy after beating one of the top non league teams. Apathy can be bad thing.

I think we can go and beat Woking then maybe we will get Wrexham or Dartford in game some people will like.

People moan if we rest players in cups. We smash Newport apart, get a winnable tie vs a team we do well against and will be under pressure and some are moaning.

Everyone should be thinking "Lets go there and get into their faces and see if they fancy it"

Never mind eh? we could always have got Halifax away.

The negative comments are because it is good to combine watching Welling's entertaining football with an interesting day out. Woking is a boring town that we have done too many times before.

A good draw for me would have been a home game, or away to somewhere I've never been before, or at least, not for a long time.

When Woking got promoted, I thought the one plus point was not having to go there this season. I was double wrong!!

The only plus is that it gives us a great chance of claiming another BSBP scalp, and a good draw in the new year.

The way we've been playing lately Eric, yes we could win this one (and after Saturdays performance we probably deserve to)

I think most people though, on seeing the teams left in, were hoping for a team we haven't played before/or for a few years as a chance to go somewhere new.

Still, we can always do that in the 3rd round................

So well said Eric, on balance though, there are but very few down beat supporters among us.

As far as who we play, we have no choice, part of it is to take on all comers whenever however. Just think... maybe just maybe a Wembley day out.

The 'mighty' Woking are on a fantastic run of form, not only because of scoring 7 at the weekend, but they have scored in every match this month and are unbeaten since Saturday 24th November.

We will have to be at our very best.

The analogy is compare your enthusiasm for away at Dorchester or away at Borehamwood. We go to both, Dorchester is looked forward to for the piss up or day out, Borehamwood less so, especially if their 'support' from the local estate is out....
