3 superb goals

Kinchys was top class, Kiernans was tremendous, the one Mainy got just carved them open after superb work from Faz. We did switch off a bit but that was a fantastic win.

Interviews with Jamie Day and man of match Scott Kinch tomorrow with highlights.

Faz has been so consistent this season, another excellent game at right back.

If we could get 3 points tonight it will be a great result.

They are doing ok this season , wont be easy but if we play like we have been then hopefully we can get a good result.

Really tough game tonight. They look like a decent side.

Really important that we get at them early on as we are the in-form team.

A win puts us 4 points clear in the top 5 and a two goal win puts us second.

When Kinch got the ball, turned and scored, I had to do a double take to make sure it was actually him. Really classy turn and finish.

Half time three nil. Bit of a dodgy first ten minutes, but we really raised it for the remainder of the half.

I think we had five different scorers against St Albans at PVR a couple of seasons ago when we were 5-0 up inside 25 minutes - Healy got two but I think the others on target were Clarke, Pugh, Obersteller and Cumbers.

Thanks for the updates.

I'm sure we could have done better if we'd tried.

Fantastic performance from us, absolutely brilliant. Got 5 but could have been even more as we missed a few very good chances and you'd expect Ross to take the chance he missed every time given how good he's been this season.

Everyone was solid tonight but for me man of the match has to go to Kinch. Absolutely bossed the midfield and capped it with a stunning goal. For me he has to start most games for us, gives us an extra presence in midfield we don't have without him. Also think Main deserves an extended run starting matches. Must have the best goals to minutes ratio in the squad by an absolute mile, and seems like he only gets one chance to start at a time and if he doesn't score he gets dropped.

Only sour note of the night was picking up yet another injury, this time to Connor McLaren. I make it 7 out now along with Cumbers, Oberstellar, Day, Franks, Clarke and TFJ. Hopefully get some back soon as bench is starting to look a bit thin.

Tough game on Saturday but no reason at all why we can't win and cement second place, COYW

Fantastic result. Couldn't make the game but really pleased to hear Kinch is playing well. I was not convinced about him at the beginning of the season but was pleased to see improvements in recent weeks. To win MoM it want sounds like a brilliant team performance is really good to see.

Couldn't make it last night as I went to see Elbow at Wembley with "megoodlady".

The text updates I received capped a fine evening, and it was peasing that we were 3-0 up before Guy Garvey and the boys even came on stage. Particularly delighted about Kinchy - a class goal by all accounts and MoM.

Injury situation looks a worry. I hope a few of the less serious casulaties are near full fitness or at least will be soon.

It struck me last night that watching Elbow and Welling United was quite a similar experience; both put in a master performance whilst deserving of a bigger audience (the Arena last night was at least a quarter empty). Certainly, Welling's case is not helped by the big sports story in our division in the county at the moment according to the BBC Kent sport webpage as I write is Truro v Dover being postponed for the second time this season! Way to go guys!!

As for Elbow, it was my joint best gig of the year so far.

'Elbow'? 'joint'? Never mind. Right, back to work...

I agree the injury situation isn't looking good. Connor came out on crutches to watch the second half so I hope it's not as bad as it looks. Jack Oberstellar was running around the pitch before the game so I would guess he'll be close to coming back which will be good.

Wonder why Daisie didnt have a kit on? Or am I missing something?

As a team a good performance all round, apart from a few injury worries we are an improving squad. Harder and harder to pick motm nowdays.

Connor and Joe were classy down the left, in spells Billy didnt have an answer.

A sign of how we were dominating was to see the oppo bench ranting and raving.Very entertaining.

Big game Saturday, lets hope its like this till May.
