Yep, he'll have to hope that The FA don't pick up on his Tweets, as I'm sure they'd discipline him for questioning the integrity of the referee.  He appears to be suggesting that a chat between our management team and the ref at the start of the second half was the reason they lost.

At the start of the secong half their no. 5 came out with his arm round the ref so don't know where the chat occured.

Anyone know when the highlights would be up? Be interesting to see the penalty incident again, with the three goals and the winner celebration. Looking forward to them

Aarran who commentates for BBC radio on Truro games (he did yesterday at least) offered to commentate on the highlights. Hes doing that as we speak. When i get it back i will drop it over the highlights, render to HD and upload.

HOPEFULLY they will be up late tonight. Will update when i have the audio so i know roughly when they will be up.

I know Charlton were selling £15 tickets for their game against Huddersfield today but still a shame to see the attendance drop again today.

I know which game I would have rather been at!

I think so soon after Christmas and New Year people just don't have the money to spend. Chartlon only had around 6600 yesterday and Millwall around 5500

Agree with your comment. My Charlton mate is actually talking about match day sponsorship at Welling after CAFCs display yesterday.

yeah reading the non-league paper earlier, we actually had the 4th highest attendance in the BSS. Boreham Wood only had 200 fans....

Speaking to family it seems lots of people were struggling for crowds yesterday. Both Millwall and Charlton closed a stand, and both only had around 6k. Everyone is competing to get people through the door at the moment

Heres a quote from the Truro Forum:
"Photos of yesterdays game now on the Welling Forum ,take a look at number 37, it shows 2 things of interest.
1. Hodges getting his foot to the ball first.
2.Ben Williams between the ball and the goal,so Hodges not the last man.
someone on the site has commented
hmmm !
hmmmmmm indeed."

Obviously chose to ignore pic clearly showing his left foot going through lafayettes leg at the same time! Two footed tackle on attacker out in box = pen & red card

Both feet appeared to be off the ground, tackle from behind, and scissor kick to boot = red card anywhere on the pitch and three match ban. If he gets away with a one match ban he should consider himself lucky.

Just an update on Highlights, Been ready to go since 8am my end. Having had the offer to have commentary on them have been waiting for the commentary to come to me, been told his computer crashed tonight but he was going to try his best to get them to me tonight. If its not here tonight i will either release the low quality link, or wait for the commentary and then release the hd link when its all rendered and uploaded and processed.

Charlton are due to play Sheff Wed at home on 4th round day unless the latter lose to MK Dons in their replay. Also, Welling could still be in  the FA Trophy otherwise they are due  to play Basingstoke away. This means that both the FA Cup and FA Trophy ties are scheduled to be take place on the same day (26th Jan). Is this a first?

Had a look at the video and also on TCFC forum and think some of their fans must have been at a different match to me. Cannot understand why they have a beef with the ref. Yes one or two strange decisions mainly in favour of Truro. Had a mate with me on Saturday who supports some small club in the Highbury area of London and he comented to me as a neutral that the ref was fairly good for our level and got most of it right. Also listening to some chaps behind me who I think were groundhoppers constantly complaining that if you were wearing a blue shirt you were getting away with it.

Perhaps if they appealed , might have got a thank you from them, after coming home, editing it that night, uploading a HD clip for them the same night and emaling the Manager so they could appeal by Tuesday. Didnt even get a reply to email, just saw in the press that he he had watched the "dvd" and it was inconclusive.

Truro are not going to appeal the Hodges red card; I can only assume they've looked at the video and pictures and realised they have no chance!

They probably think they have got away with it with him only having a one match ban!!

I beginning to get like everyone else with Truro. No one wanted to see them go out of business but they seem to have moaned like a stuck pig since things have gone their way.

Cant say I was particularily enamoured with their fan either who went past the new stand making obscene gestures whilst women and children were around ( and no I dont mean DK and Bubbles)
