Chris Kinnear will have them geared up for this one, no doubt using one of his tried and tested formations.  It seems they have had us watched quite a few times - should have charged them for a mini season ticket! Also, they have two useful players back from suspension. According to the Dover forum there are (or were) quite generous odds for a Dover win or a draw.  I know we won there last year, but our record at Crabble (or whatever it is called now) is not inspiring.

Dover still have the new manager effect probably so we will need to be on our game and having been on our game recently hopefully we can continue it. Kent Derby as we will no doubt hear on Radio Kent tomorrow so always a battle can be expected. Win the battle and we can win the war. Hopefully we can get plenty of people there making noise and get behind the boys like we normally do.

Should be a cracker of a game with us (DAFC) definitely underdogs. Not sure how many of our sick and lame will be back but the return of Rance and Webb should make us a bit more solid than last week. Kinnear has spoke highly of Jamie and your team and will no doubt be looking forward to the tactical battle. Should be a decent crowd.

Tomorrows game is a massive one i think, after beating boredom wood if we beat these to then i see no reason we can't win the league. Lets be loud from the off and really get behind the lads..oh and well done for the sensible post above, best of luck, i just hope we win!

Never mind. We still hold the record and at least we know Salisbury City aren't invincible either.

Disappointing that we missed a bit of an opportunity today, but the run had to end sometime. It's probably best that it ends on a day when Salisbury also lose, as if they'd won on the same day they would feel that the momentum is with them. It was also against a decent side where 3 points is anything but a certainty.

I felt we played reasonably well but not brilliantly in the first half, but second half we allowed Dover's manager time to work us out. After he ran himself into the ground on Tuesday I felt that leaving Clarkie on for 90 minutes was a mistake, with half an hour to go he looked to be treading water. In Kurtis' absence we seem to have changed from a 4-4-2 to a 4-5-1 (albeit with Kiernan cutting inside and drifting around at times) - this doesn't make sense to me when we're probably paying Jon Main 250 quid per week to sit on the bench and make a cameo appearance for a couple of minutes when the result has already been decided.

Whilst we weren't dominating midfield in the second half - and bringing a striker on for a midfielder wouldn't have helped with that - we weren't giving them enough to think about going the other way. Ross, as usual, was working extremely hard and brought the ball down well a good 7 or 8 times in the second half - unfortunately he had nobody nearby to play it to.

Ricky Modeste, as much as he dives around like Tom Daley, did cause us problems and kept Obo pinned back in the second half which certainly helped reduce our attacking threat.

Obo being booked didnt help. We defended poorly. Class strike from Healy who got Man of the match for us. Was screaming for theo to shoot early then slot in Mainy.

Dover had a go didn't look great but fought back and nicked it. Time to go again on Tuesday. Entertaining game. Interviews up from Jamie Day and Joe Healy late. Dovers highlights will probably be up before ours.

Coyw, may have dodged a bullet today with Salisbury losing at lowly Dorchester.

Positive was we still created some chances late and had a go. Players looked gutted after the game and get the chance to get going again on tuesday. Heads up boys, unlucky today.

We started off the match playing long balls, which wasn't really working. Now we're playing some nice short passes and looking much better.

Half time two one to Welling. We've been the better side, but not looking that secure at the back.

open game. We look good going forward but aren't taking our chances. We look so uncomfortable at the back, especially from set pieces.

Think Dover still 11 men. May came off with injury ironically for the guy who scored the second.

Ignore that last post I made. Assumed Ben May was red carded, when it was stated he was off. Doh!
